​Welcome to Universal Home Appliances. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

​1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

​The Business: "Universal Home Appliances" refers to our service center located at Gurram Guda, Hyderabad. "You" or "Customer" refers to the user of our website or services.

​Services: We provide home appliance repair, maintenance, and the sale of refurbished (used) appliances and spare parts.

​Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

​2. SERVICE & REPAIR TERMS

​Visiting Charges: A non-refundable inspection/visiting charge (starting at ₹399) applies if our technician visits your premises, even if no repair is carried out.

​Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment and necessary approvals (e.g., from society/apartments) for our technicians to enter.

​Liability Limitation: While our technicians exercise the highest care, Universal Home Appliances is not liable for:

​Accidental damage to appliances that are old, rusted, or in poor condition during the repair process.

​Issues arising from voltage fluctuations, faulty home wiring, or water supply problems.

​Data loss or food spoilage resulting from refrigerator failure.

​3. REFURBISHED PRODUCT SALES

​"As-Is" Condition: All refurbished ACs, Washing Machines, and Refrigerators are sold as second-hand goods. While they are tested and serviced, minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches/dents) may exist.

​Ownership Transfer: Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery and payment.

​Installation: Standard installation charges apply unless otherwise specified in the bill. Additional materials (copper pipe, stands, cables) will be charged extra.

​4. PAYMENT TERMS

​Mode of Payment: We accept Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers. We do not currently accept credit cards on the website.

​Payment Timeline: Full payment is required immediately upon delivery of products or completion of repair services. We do not offer credit or EMI options.

​5. SPARE PARTS

​Genuine Parts: We strive to use genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts.

​Pricing: Prices for spare parts are subject to change based on market rates and availability.

​6. GOVERNING LAW

​These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
